Rainbow Maxi Dress & Big Hat

Anyone still looking for spring other than me? Today I attended a tea and served as the guest speaker for a fundraiser for child abuse prevention. It has been a mix of spring and winter in Maryland, so I wanted to be covered and bright! I brought the sunshine!
