STYLE BLOGGER & FASHION STYLIST
I disagree. I love this collection and anything else with a vintage feel…
Kate’s back! (Picture: Topshop)
Kate Moss is back with her first Topshop collection in 4 years. Moss hysteria will return to the high street tonight, with the range on sale at the Oxford Circus flagship from 6.30pm (tube strikes allowing) and in all stores and online (38 styles will also be stocked by Net-a-Porter) from tomorrow.
Except, having excitedly perused the preview pics of the range and watched the teasers on Topshop’s website, I’m not feeling that hysterical. In fact, I’m feeling distinctly underwhelmed.
It may be fashion blasphemy to say so, but it’s not for me. Here’s why.
1. We’ve seen it all before
My main issue is that there’s not really anything new to get excited about here. Nothing much to distinguish it from the previous 14 collections Moss has produced for the high street shop.
We’ve definitely seen this beaded cardi before, £85 (Picture: Topshop)
