It is almost a week post Valentine’s Day and I am still repping my hubby… always will. Don’t let the holiday end your happiness. When he sees me in tees like this, it makes him proud. I am proud to be married and to have God in the midst of it. What do you do to keep the fire going in your relationship?
Booties & Purse: ShoeDazzle. Tee: Francesca’s.
Jeans: Charlotte Russe. Paisley Blazer: thrifted.

Love the outfit, but most especially the bag. You’re right too, it doesn’t have to end with V-day.. Haha! 🙂
I am also a newlywed! I think the thing that keeps our fire going is doing things that we both like together, making adjustments. When we got married he really liked video games and I thought it was dumb, but I decided to start playing with him since it was his way he liked to cool off after work. Now it is something that we can do together!! This has helped us “practice” being together, I guess, and we both try out each other’s interests and hang out with each other’s friends and try to not necessarily change, but be open to new things for one another. This has really helped, and been fun!!
This is so true!! If anything marriage should make romance even more of a priority! I love those shoes and that bag has the perfect contrast in colors for the outfit…
You are working this red wine color. We have to make sure we touch, there are so many reports on this way of thinking. I make sure we hug, hold hands while watching TV, taking the time to cuddle.
Love that shirt. I agree totally. We don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day and never have. We choose to pick our own random days to make a big deal about our live. But to make sure we are showing it every day.
My husband and I don’t make a big fuss about Valentine’s Day cause we really try to show each other everyday.. I know it sounds corny but that one day is too much of a hassle from trying to get reservations and everywhere is extra crowded. We stayed home in bed and caught up on our shows. Your bag is too cute
I am loving that paisley blazer. You find the cutest things thrifting. I wish I had the patience to do it.
